- The operator automatically makes the first filling of the machine with a single button. The machine takes the chemical and water inside. The operator selects either the wet or dry finishing option and starts the process.
- When the operator selects wet finishing option, the machine calculates the weight of the fabric on per meter per square centimeter. After that, the machine starts dosing the chemical according to meter information coming from the encoder inside the machine. Lastly, the operator stops the process by selecting ‘’Wet Finishing Stop’’ button when the finishing process is done.
- When the operator selects dry finishing option, the machine checks the level of chemical chamber with the hydrostatic level meter in the machine’s chemical chamber. When the level of chemical chamber drops, it takes necessary water and chemical inside and the process continues. Lastly, the operator stops the process by selecting ‘’Dry Finishing Stop’’ button when the finishing process is done.
- If different colors will be selected in both processes, the operator starts cross washing; the machine washes the rotary filter mixture chamber, circulation pump, chemistry inlet hose and bath outlet hose. Then it will be ready for next use.
